Cafe Dantorels sits off 24th St in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Sacramento, tucked between the Land Park and Oak Park neighborhoods since 2012.

Cafe Dantorels serves crepes, sandwiches, french toast, pasta, omelets, and more from the counter for breakfast—offering delivery, takeout, and outdoor seating. Chef Victor exquisitely prepares all items.

A personal favorite is eggs benedict, so I naturally tried theirs—and lucky to find many eggs benedict choices.

They have a Bergen Benedict, Portobello Benedict, Chorizo Sausage Benedict, Curtis Park Benedict, The One Benedict, Harbor Benedict, and Grilled Cheese & Ham Benedict. As you can see, lots of options! I chose the Curtis Park Benedict—two poached eggs over tomato, avocado, bacon, and toasted English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce. Note that not all eggs benedict choices come with an English muffin, so choose knowingly.

Barrett chose the Harbor Benedict—two poached eggs over avocado and grilled salmon topped with hollandaise sauce, green onions, and chopped bacon.

I loved my Curtis Park Benedict. I enjoyed that you could also add different items to your benedict for customizations and added ham and onion to my pile of goodness. Eggs were cooked “medium poached” as requested, and all ingredients were fresh and delightful.

Eating All Day At Cafe Dantorels

Apart from regular breakfast offerings of breakfast bagels, french toast, egg variations, and oats and granola, you can also order from the regular menu throughout the day from 8 am – 10 pm. Offerings include chicken tenders and fries, pasta, onion rings, lots of burger choices, and crepes.

Will we be back at Cafe Dantorels? Absolutely. We need to try more of their menu items! We also ordered our items to-go for pickup, so it would be fun to visit in person sometime.

Apart from the menu of American cuisine, you can also order drinks, and wine is half-off all of Tuesday.
