A new favorite eatery near the southern end of Central Park is Pazza Notte, and Italian restaurant at 1375 6th Ave in New York City.

If you finish a long walk through Central Park, it’s the perfect stop just past Columbus Circle.

Although it may have been a little carb-heavy on my ordering—we had a due order of Bruschetta Quattro Farmaggi (four cheese Italian toast with fresh herbs and house marinara sauce) and a Pizza Cacciatore (pepperoni, ground beef, sausage, bacon, rustic tomato sauce and mozzarella grande).

Both were absolutely tremendous.

Another delight at Pazza Notte is their Signature 2 for 1 Martinis and Bubbles—$18 or a pair.

Quite the deal, and lots of drink choices; the chosen pair must be the same.
