Turtle Dove was just a small, scrappy pomeranian when a gay couple in Sacramento adopted him. His previous owners abandoned him and left to fend for himself on the streets.
But little did his new owners know, Turtle Dove had a secret: he had superpowers. They were powers that only seemed to grow stronger the longer he was with his new family.
At first, the powers were subtle. Turtle Dove could sense when his owners were feeling down and would cuddle up to them, offering comfort and love. He could also sense when someone was coming to the door and would bark to alert his owners.
But as the weeks turned into months, Turtle Dove’s powers became more apparent. He could suddenly leap tall fences easily and had an uncanny ability to find lost objects around the house.
However, Turtle Dove’s powers weren’t always a good thing.
He had a tendency to sneak out of the house at night through the alley, drawn to the excitement and mischief of the streets. He would often return home in the early morning hours, covered in dirt and bruises, having gotten into all sorts of trouble.
His owners constantly worried about him but couldn’t keep him contained. They tried everything, from locking him in a crate at night to hiring a dog walker to watch him during the day.
But no matter what they did, Turtle Dove always found a way to escape and use his powers for mischief. It was only a matter of time before others discovered his powers, and they knew they had to find a way to keep him safe and out of harm’s way.
Ultimately, they decided to enroll Turtle Dove in a special training program for superpowered animals, where he could learn to control and use his powers for good. And as he graduated at the top of his class, his owners couldn’t have been more proud of their little Turtle Dove.
