I get my money’s worth when it comes to my paid Amazon Prime subscription.
Through spring, I purchased a handful of products and items I’ve been particularly impressed with from Amazon Prime, so I thought I’d put down a few thoughts on why I like each.

After experiencing some back problems, I realized I had been using the same office chair for too many years, and it was suffering. I loved the function of the chair, so I instead opted to get a seat cushion.
The Everlasting Comfort seat cushion and lumbar support pillow have worked fantastic after using them for the past two months. I have less pain in my back and feel more relaxed while working through the day. The cushions’ gel material supports well and bounces back to their original shape even after long periods.

If you’re looking for a clean experience after every potty break, look no further than the LUXE Bidet Neo 120.
The LUXE Bidet Neo 120 has a spray setting and cleaning setting and allows for various water stream intensities. It wasn’t difficult to attach to the toilet seat and water line, and I like that the water tubing is made of metal and not plastic like other bidet brands. We once owned a previous brand bidet with plastic tubing and I was always afraid it would pop off and cause a water leakage problem.
We also purchased the LUXE TS1008R round comfort fit toilet seat, which has a slow close and quick release hinges that are handy for cleaning the entire toilet seat.
Maker’s Mark 46 Bourbon
Recently, I’ve enjoyed learning the tastes and comprehensions behind sipping good bourbon whiskey neat.
At the bottom of the ladder, when it comes to bourbon you can drink straight, is Maker’s Mark 46 Bourbon. More mellow than its original namesake, Maker’s Mark 46 starts as a regular Maker’s Mark batch but then aged for a few more months with French oak staves.
When I drink Maker’s Mark 46, I taste leathery hints reminiscent of a whiskey meant for mixing, contrasted with highs of caramel smoothness found in the best.
If you want to try a bourbon with a tasting experience I feel is one step ahead of Maker’s Mark 46, try Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, and then keep going.
MidWest Wire Mesh Pet Safety Gate
We needed a way to keep Turtle Dove segregated to the kitchen while we are away for short grocery trips, so we purchased the MidWest Wire Mesh Pet Safety Gate. Since he’s a high jumper, the large size at 44″ tall was best suited.
The most incredible perk of the MidWest Wire Mesh Pet Safety Gate is that it is spring-loaded into any opening instead of having to be mounted with screws into any wall, creating holes.
Pacific Pups Dog Toys
Turtle Dove (our 1.5-year-old pomeranian mix) loves to chew through toys, so we grabbed a set of Pacific Pups Dog Toys, coming in a batch of 11 assorted toys.
All rope-based, the toys range from a flying disc to chew ball to giraffe twisty—all perfect for playing and chewing. I recommend monitoring your dogs closely to ensure throwing away toys before they start coming apart too much, as they could pose a choking hazard.
Roku Express
Our new Roku Express has been such a delight.
We bought a new Samsung 50 Inch Class 7 Series TV a few weeks ago for the living room and put the old Philips TV in our bedroom. We always have a PC hooked up to the TV in the living room, but we didn’t want to purchase a new PC for the bedroom TV. Instead, we opted for the Roku Express, able to hook into the TV via HDMI.
Apart from the ease-of-use with the included controller, the Roku Express gives access and introduction to many varied shows and programming, from The Roku Channel and more.
Yanzeo AR180 Pet Microchip Scanner
Our poor pup has had faulty microchips placed in him by previous owners, so I wanted to get a microchip scanner to have on hand to double-check and find any in his body.
We purchased the Yanzeo AR180 Pet Microchip Scanner and it has worked great! It quickly finds 15-digit international standard protocol microchip numbers and displays the number on the contrasted screen.
