When focus is on the bigger picture, trivial issues don’t matter. Find your bigger picture in life and use it to motivate yourself to achieve your goals.

While winning is sweet, Olympians don’t underestimate the significance of participation. This enables them to face defeat with grace and move on enthusiastically.
They develop the courage to put in their best efforts into the game amidst enormous pressure irrespective of the outcome.

Olympians depend on their bodies to achieve their goals.
They work it out, treat it with nutritious foods and steer clear of foods and behaviors that would work against their health. Physical and mental fitness are crucial aspects.
Be physically active and manage negative emotions in order to lead a fulfilling life.
