Right off Lake Tahoe Blvd at 2556, Blue Dog Gourmet Pizza is your comfy pizza spot with tall, wood tables, and rolls of paper towels for greasy hands.
Ordered a side salad, and two 14″ gourmet combo pizzas for two people — meat lovers and pesto chicken. You can also build your own pizza with various ingredient choices, but I’m a lazy fool.
Both pizzas were tasty, and perfect size.
We didn’t visit during a busy time of day, between usual meal times, but the place looked ready for a crowd of friends — with an outdoor patio area for relaxing with a cold drink.
